Back in Oct 2018 I bought two new lines and two new IPhone XSs with a deal to receive $750 off each of two XRs. Only one discount has been applied to my account. Im essentially paying an extra $750 over the two year payment agreement. The worst part is I have been in the store, multiple locations, been on the phone and chat with customer reps countless times. My issue always gets escalated, but there is never a call back or resolution. So i start over with a different rep every-time. This has been an issue since I opened the account a year and a half ago. So tired of dealing with this.......Where is the system with all the notes being inputted by the customer reps? Wheres the quality assurance in customer care? Who is following up?
