Been on hold for almost 2 hours now.

Trying to return a fraudulent order after Verizon fudgeed up cancelling it on Friday after an hour and 15 minute hold.

I don't care if the iPhone came out this weekend. This is utterly inexcusable. iPhones come out every year and if they can't prepare for a launch, it's obvious that whoever is in charge of customer service is either incompetent or doesn't give a dirt.

Verizon is no longer interested in taking care of their customers. They have sure gone downhill.
