WOW! So insulting. I asked for call back support (signed up on the Verizon website for a scheduled time) regarding my data plan, and was immediately "disconnected". Only a bot responded, and when it connected me to a real life representative..... no connection. And then no call back....should I be surprised???

I'm definitely sorry you had that happen. We want to make sure you can always get the support you need. It sounds like the system had an error when connecting you. You can always sign back up for a call at https://www.verizon.com/support/1d/call-us/?adobe_mc=MCMID%3D78366734928433966332709556187831125438%... but we'd rather save you from having to do so. What was your reason for requesting a call? How can we help?
