Can't access payment

I am being told that I am not an authorized person to pay bills. I don't understand. I have been the only person this account  for years. I am trying to get  access so that I can update credit card info.

This is not the place for that sort of trouble call Verizon customer service. The My Verizon app is commissioned to the phone. Log on to that and change payment method. If you been a Verizon user for years, you know how it works. You sure your not Blödmann?

We are here to help. Anyone can make a payment by going to www.vzw.com/PayMyBill. As for being authorized on an account, the Account Owner would need to authorize an Account Manager to handle account affairs. We can certainly look further into this. To do so, we will need account access. We will send a Private Note to get started. BrittanyC_VZW
