I received my new phone in the mail to replace my old damaged one. When I began the process to activate the new one I didn't turn off my old one because the screen does not work so I can't turn it off. Now I can not text or call on either of my phones and can not get a hold of anyone on the phone to talk to.
Dlw2048, we want you to enjoy that new phone as soon as possible. I know you mentioned not being able to shut off your old device. You do need that off in order to activate the new one. Has your old device's battery run out yet? Were you able to get your phone's swapped through your My Verizon? Is there a reason why you couldn't have removed the SIM card from the old phone?
