A member of my family is using a landline to call out. It seems that whenever she calls Verizon Wireless mobile phones, including mine, she can hear me speak but I cannot hear her speaking. She does not have this problem whenever she calls non-VZW phones, including both mobile and landlines.
I am not having trouble calling anyone else, including VZW and non-VZW numbers. It just seems to be her landline to VZW phones. What could be causing this?
We know the importance of being able to be heard by everyone that calls you, freshjackson. Hearing that this happens with all Verizon Wireless callers on her land line, would point to an issue with how her provider communicates calls to our customers.
The best thing to do is to have her contact her provider directly for trouble shooting. Her land line provider may need to reach out to us directly as well, which they would have a way of doing through their own means.
