I really need this issue resolved!!! I have been charged for something called stay connected. 3 different reps confirmed to me that it has been removed and my changes will be reflected in 48 hours. It has been 2 months!!! I have proof and chat history with the agents. I also paid off the other XS device and removed the line associated with it and I am still being charged. WHAT IS GOING ON?????? I need to escalate this and I will be reporting this to the BBB and take any other necessary actions. I need this resolved asap!!!
