Experiencing an increase in dropped calls

Have had Verizon for a long time, always loved the service. Recently moved to Temecula and I get poor signal at the house. Recently the service seems to be worse than before, I can’t make a single call with it dropping or failing on my at some point in the conversation. It’s very frustrating and I may need to look at other carriers to see if they are better. But first, I’m hoping someone might be able to help me out. Any suggestions on how I might fix these issues? Thanks!

You might try, in this order....do a soft reset then reset the network settings.

Will try this. Another issue I have is when I answer or place a call I can hear the other end but they can’t hear me. My signal fluctuates from 1-3 bars. Think there could be something else causing interference?

I don't have an idea for that but hopefully the soft reset or network reset may help.

Do you have WiFi at your new home?

 

You mentioned calling issues. Do you experience any issues with text messages or data applications (Facebook, Twitter, etc.)?

It is normal for signal to fluctuate as several factors outside of our control can impact radio signals and wireless service at any time. Please confirm at this link (https://www.verizon.com/support/troubleshooting-wireless-signal-coverage-video/). 

 

Indoor service can be greatly improved with the WiFi Calling feature (https://www.verizon.com/support/wifi-calling-faqs/). Do you have WiFi at your new home?
