For the last couple of months my internet with WiFi and with data have both been extremely slow. How can I solve this? It's getting annoying

Text and calls have both been no problem , it's mostly when I'm scrolling through the internet. It happens multiple times throughout the day.

It's happens mostly everywhere i go. Both indoor and outdoors.
