Serenity14, I am sad to hear you are experiencing issues with cellular data. I totally understand how important this feature is to you. There are a couple of settings you can check to make sure the feature is working properly. Make sure cellular data is turned on and airplane mode is turned off. Also, try restarting your device to make sure you are receiving a proper signal. Turn off Wi-Fi before doing so, to ensure you are on the Verizon network.
