Lost signal yesterday

After I called customer service yesterday, to activate my sons replacement cell from Asurion, Verizon sent a reset to my account and all our phones reset. Now none of us have very good reception. I can’t make or receive calls at home just since yesterday evening. There is no outage. What could be the issue. I was getting great reception before my call yesterday. Can Verizon  boost my signal?
