People don’t hear me on the other line at all, calls get dropped, voicemails don’t go through for 3 days sometimes, I don’t receive all of my calls and or texts ( friends have shown me their phone as proof of calls or texts), people’s voices go in and out (I feel like that old commercial, “can you hear me now?”), internet service is slow or just doesn’t work at all...I’m basically wondering why I pay around $130.00 a month when I can’t even use my phone when I want to... I am going to get pricing with other networks because only only stayed for years because calls used to be clear and never drop etc. now it is the exact opposite, I feel if this is the service, I probably should pay less to get garbage anyway at this point!!! I’m being ripped off!!! Verizon used to be number one in my eyes now they are zero
