I upgraded yesterday from an iPhone 7 to an iPhone 12 Pro and activated it on the web but the device does now show in my account, and I cannot get wi-fi calling to work which is critical for where I live (very poor signal out in the country). It's a 40 minute drive to take it back to the store where I bought it. Can someone at Verizon please contact me?????
Last time I had a phone issue with no home phone in the house to call from I stopped in at a store and they called support and got it fixed. Better to call from a separate phone anyway. Any neighbors that would let you make the call?
