For the last hour my phone has been showing no connection in my mail and it won't connect to the FIOS app or My Fios, my phone internet says no network connection.  What is going on???

greconcmg, keeping you connected with a working phone is important to ensure that you have a good experience. We are here to assist. The FIOS app for residential service was mentioned. Does your cell phone have service through Verizon Wireless? And if so, how are other apps and the web browser working?
