I thought it was just the fact I didn’t pay the bill or something, but I paid it and it’s still saying no SIM card installed what should I do

Ksmoov, we want to ensure you can use your device without issue. When seeing a No SIM card message, the best steps are to power the phone off and immediately back on. If that doesn't resolve it, you'd want to remove and reinsert the SIM card in your device. If re-seating the SIM card doesn't work, then we'd need to make sure there's no liquid and/or physical damage with your device as it may need to be replaced. What is the make and model of your phone? When did that message first appear? Have you already removed and reinserted your SIM card?
