Every time I try to log into the MyVerizon app to pay my bill, it says my device isn’t recognized and they’ll send a one-time code via text message. But the code never shows up! What gives??
We want to make sure that you are able to log into your account as needed. I would be concerned if the one time text did not show up on my phone as well. To clarify, is your number the primary account owner for this account? Are you using your Wi-Fi or cellular data to access the internet? Also, do you have issues getting other text messages on your phone? JasperM_VZW
