OneTalk says 'Messaging Disabled: Tap to retry'

I just installed OneTalk.  Phone calls work fine, but when I go to the 'messages' page, it says 'Messaging disabled: Tap to retry'.  Any help?

I'm sorry you're having trouble with our OneTalk feature.

Otherwise, you can call our Business Support at 800-922-0204, and they will be able to assist you.

Delete app and reinstall it works for me
