Ordered two, new iPhone X devices on May 18, 2019. The FedEx delivery arrived on May 21, 2019 with the shipping box intact and untampered, when I opened the shipping box the Apple iPhone boxes were both without the customary plastic wrap and both devices were missing (one box was also missing the USB cable).
I called customer service immediately, to which the representative and her supervisor both acknowledged that the box scanned underweight out of their facility. Despite this, I am forced to wait 5-10 business days while an investigation ensues without a refund or replacement devices.
