Hi,
I justed moved to Irvine CA. and my wife and I work from home, calls drop and texts do not go through what can we do to get someone at Verizon to fix this issue. Talking to the neighbors this is a known issue thrughout the neighbor hood. We have been with Verizon wireless for 15+ years and I'm thinking of switching to a different carrier.

I'm talking about the Verizion wireless coverage both indoor and outdoor. The voice and data services are aweful. The wifi is with AT&T.
