I recently lost visual voicemail and can't seem to get it back. Now All I see when I open the voicemail tab in my phone app is [call voicemai] . I'm on Iphone X with the latest ios.
timekeeper101, having to call your Voicemail can be an inconvenience with the great option of Visual Voicemail. Let’s work toward a resolution and get your Visual Voicemail up and running again. Visual Voicemail requires a cellular data connection. Are you able to turn Wi-Fi off and browse the web and use apps as normal? Are you able to listen to the Voicemails by calling the Voicemail to ensure the service is active?
