Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. Refurbished device. Cannot make calls or send messages

I just received my refurbished device. I am not able to make calls or send messages. It shows the bars for service and SIM card is inserted but no luck
