I changed to Verizon from T-mobile thinking I would get better service. Ive had this phone over 20 days and I just have horrible reception. At work and at home or where ever I go. I tried getting a live representative on the phone. But somehow this just seems impossible.
The question is. How do I get my phone to get better signal?

Something that helped me with signal is turning on WiFi for voice calling in your settings.
Jen22280, getting the best service possible is always a priority. Let's go ahead and check this out together. Are you able to preform a reset on your Network Settings to be able to connect to the most optimal tower? JoseL_VZW
