Did you get this is fixed? If not check call forwarding. This happened to me as well. What I did is went into the app to check my call forwarding settings and found that there was a unkown number attached to my number. Whenever someone would call me it would be forwarded to that number that was attached to my number. So what I did is deleted that number first and called customer service to have the call forwarding deactivated. After this I had no issues at all. I suspect this was fraudulent because I never used the call forwarding future for my phone. I didn't even know has to use it.
