Great question and we will be more than happy to go over the options available to view your messages online. If you are using any messaging app other than Verizon Message+ you may not be able to see those messages online. However you will be able to see the numbers that you sent/received text from in your usage details. If you are using Verizon Message plus (https://www.verizonwireless.com/support/verizon-messages-faqs/) when you log into My Verizon, on the right side of the page you will see the word "account" with a drop-down option. From the drop-down, you want to select text online, and you will be able to access your messages there, or you can install the desktop app for easier access see here https://www.verizonwireless.com/support/knowledge-base-203105/. What messaging application are you using? Are you trying to see the message content or just the log of the numbers?
