Text vs email

Is there any way for Verizon to send my bills via email instead of text?  I have no way of scheduling a text and this caused me to forget to pay my bill

If you have paperless billing, you should be getting a bill via email regardless of whether test notifications are set up. Does this help?

You can do what I do and create a calendar event so your phone remindes you.

I have followed these instructions by unchecking the text box and making sure the email box is checked but I am unable to save the changes. What am I doing wrong

Great question! When was the last time that you updated the software in your phone? By any chance, does your phone have any physical or liquid damage? DavidR_VZW
