Thought I was having a phone issue may be a service issue

Can I send my replacement phone back to Verizon if it’s not a phone issue that I thought I had but a service issue in my area?

We would first verify that the network is not the issue by submitting a network ticket. And if the ticket comes back saying the service is operating as it should, we would then look in to the device replacement option. CassieG_VZW
