I was given a defective s20+ I have spent 14 hours with customer service to get the issue resolved. They said they would send me a "like new" replacement. $1200 for a refurbished phone. No way. Thet are going for $500 all over the net. No one will help or call as promised. @20+ year customer. And who cares? Not Verizon.

I have a call from a Tier 2 supervisor (Dirwin) today, to help resolve with a fair solution, I am hoping.
It amazes me how they profit off defective used phones not sure if anyone checked them before reselling

You Don't have customer service . The stores won't talk to you . The reps won't answer the phone and no one will call you ??????????????????
