^ That's what Tmobile is offering me. 2 lines for $50 each. You guys don't even give your customers a very basic thing such as a personal hotspot (like who on planet earth denies their customer basic personal hotspot, are you guys in 2021? What is this restricted form of service that you guys are so fixated upon?) And I used to have a military discount then you guys changed something and now it's a trillion times harder to get that discount so I still haven't. Why didn't you guys just carry over my discount to the new plan? Also, I've been receiving mediocre network have to do constant network updates and restart my phone and it's just so annoying. It's 2021. Get your act together. Can you please justify $167/month for 2 lines with what you're offering me? Do you guys even care anymore?
 
P.S I posted this earlier today and then my post got removed because of a word I used (which was not a cuss word or inappropriate by any means) but you're machine learning algorithm seems to think so, so, I've had to type this all over again.
 
Btw, all I received was an email about the last post and the choice of word that I used but there wasn't a way for me to refute that.
 
Go check it out for yourself. Go see the last post I made from my username (you as in a human) and tell me yourself, was that inappropriate?
 
It was not. But it got blocked anyways. Great job! Worst part is that I couldn't justify myself which makes me feel like I was doing something wrong when I really wasn't.
 
What is wrong with you Verizon? You used to be a leader but now you just offer the most mediocre service. I'm extremely upset.

Move on to t-mobile and don't look back.  I don't get it though if t-mobile is so great why are their customers coming over to verizon lately?

And for the  people who are saying "just go to Tmobile", the point of this post was to allow Verizon to be competitive and offer me something that would make me want to stay.

I'm very aware that I can simply switch over. That wasn't the point. Thanks anyway.
