I was trying to transfer to my friend's family plan and I called customer service. When I gave them the primary IMEI number, they asked me if I had a red iPhone SE. But what I have is a black iPhone XR. And I can't finish the process because the model doesn't match.
Why is that? How can I fix the problem?
