according to the representative even when I see the shipping # after logging out my order has not been charged yet so looks like i'm waiting till the 15th or longer they said.

I have attached my tracking number to my FedEx Delivery Manager account and will get notifications on transit now. Mine shows in Transit and has a time stamp of 4:18am that says "Shipment information sent to FedEx". (does not look like it has left Memphis, TN yet).
Mine shows a similar "Shipment information sent to FedEx" message except mine is currently in Elizabeth, NJ. One thing that I noticed that did change is the delivery time. Originally it was 11/3 by 3:00 pm now it's 11/3 by 8:00 pm. At least it will still arrive tomorrow.
Mine still shows that it’s sitting in Jersey but there was some activity at 3:30 with the “shipping information sent to fedex”, so that’s progress. 11/3 is still the delivery date, but my “deliver by” time keeps slipping. Was 4pm, then 4:30 and now 8pm. FedEx does come a bit later in the day for us, so this could be due to how busy they are going to be that day.
I woke up to an email sent from Apple at 12:49am that my shipment is on the way. It is coming UPS and went from Hong Kong to Alaska yesterday afternoon, but then arrived to Kentucky 3:30 this morning! (I live in the NW.) Weird. Hope it makes it back to me tomorrow. I guess that's what planes are for.
And herein lies the problem...as I mentioned in Apple Chat this week, concern about my remote location. While happy that I FINALLY received a status change from Apple today to "Shipped", I just looked at our weather forecast and we have a Wind Advisory for today and tomorrow, along with 20% chance of snow! Here's hoping the [smaller than normal] plane can safely land in my remote location tomorrow...or no phone for me until Monday. #firstworldproblems

She also told me I ordered to early?? I set my alarm at 2:00 AM CST and got on the Verizon app at 2:01 AM CST and placed the order with no problems at all. But now I am being told i pre-ordered to early? What does that even mean? So now I won't get my phone on launch day. I will most likely get it next week? How does that work? People who ordered after me are getting there tracking info and I still got nothing! Verizon has turned this into a disaster once again! The shipping address was wrong so called on Monday to change, he had no clue what he was doing so he said "He thinks he changed it" but to called back in a couple of days. So i called back yesterday 11/1/2017 and the lady said still shipping to old address. I told her i need to change it to the new one. She told me i would lose my spot and looking at end of December now. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she put me on hold and came back and said never mind I figured it out.. She changed the address but shipping still says will ship on or around November 3????? Why? I feel like i was one of the first to order i should get it on launch day!!! I didn't wake up and do all this to not have the phone on launch day. I am so mad at Verizon right now I want to switch carriers even though I have been with them for 10 + years! Treating there customers like garbage. What is the point of pre-order if you do everything you are suppose to and you still get hosed? I know they do over-night shipping.. They can still fix this and I could still receive my phone tomorrow but I serious doubt it. Just a sad day to be a Verizon customer
