purchased a brand new iphone xsmax last month june 2019 and suddenly it got off and now its not turning on..
tried charging it and to troubleshoot but still no response..
its under insurance and still the insurance company expect me to pay an extra $199 as the deductible and i dont want to pay them because its a brand new phone and i didnt even drop it its in mint conditon... please help..
