I have been with Verizon now for 20+ years. I have never had issues until this past year. I ordered a phone on 8/30/19. I noticed that the mailing address did not save my SUITE B in the address2 part. I called right away. 5 minutes later. I got a man who said he would fix this right away and I would not have any problems. Well I got an email from UPS saying the address was invalid. I called Verizon and the lady said she would fix this and I will recieve my phone the next day. I waited and waited (3 days) and got an email saying that UPS is delivering my package back to Verizon in TX. I called Verizon again and the lady said that I recieved it. I said "no I didn't" its was returned back you and she said ok. Ill cancel the order and you will have to order another one and pay the fee again! I paid the fee again and this was on 9/11/19. I checked the Verizon website and now it says still processing after 3 days. I cant get through on any lines and no one EVER seems to be available. I WANT MY DANG PHONE! I am about to leave Verizon. I have never had this type of service. I pay $500.00 a month and this is the type of service I get?! This needs to be set right and I need to talk to a manager or even the CEO of the company!
A manager isn't going to address that, there is no magic manager button to fix. At the most what would be done is a support ticket to correct the address. That's just going to waste your time waiting on the line to be told the exact same thing by a supervisor that the care rep would tell you.
