network issues

I can't connect to anything or make a phone call or text is anyone having issues. This has been going on since 9am its starting to drive me crazy!!

Where are you located? Zip code?  WiFi access/calling or cell service?

We never want to hear this, we know the importance of staying connected. What ZIP code are you in? Do you know of any other Verizon Customers near you are having this same issue?

I’ve been having the same issue since I got my XS MAX. My friend has the same phone almost and lives next door and never has an issue but inside I have 1-2 bars usually and must use WiFi to do anything internet related
