We have a family plan. Two of the phones on the plan are iPhone Xs. When I go into the account and look at devices, it says for those two phones only "not registered." What does that mean? How do I register them, and is it something I really need to do?
Thanks for any help!

It means they don't have an online account registered. That's all. 100% optional

scififan1, we understand the importance of managing your account the best way you see fit. If you are looking at My Verizon and seeing phones or lines not registered this would be referring to those line owners access via My Verizon. The Account Owner can add up to 3 Account Managers at any time via My Verizon. Please see the link below for details.

Thanks Tigerstep! It is weird, since my phone shows "owner" which it should, and another phone (both android) says "member" but just the two iPhones say not registered. But, I will not worry about it!
