My Ellipsis 8 will not do turn on or charge and is basically useless.I contacted Verizon Tech support and the outcome was they offered to sell me a refurbished Ellipsis 8 for over $120 since mine is past the 1 year warranty and I am still in a 2 year contract. I think it is bad business considering how long I have been with them and how much $ they have made off of me. Not to mention I was roped into a 2 year contract with being fully informed. I have complained several times about that specific issue with no resolution. Has anyone been able to repair one?
