Who I have the same questioned this topic

Multiple people have told me they have called or texted me but it didn't go through. The phone didn't ring and there's nothing in the call log. I receive calls and texts from other people or the same people sometimes but not all the time. There's no pattern to when of from whom I don't receive calls or texts. I've checked my blocked numbers and there are no blocked numbers.
