NO WIFI CALLING on moto g6 unlocked phone

Bought moto g 6 unlocked at Best Buy and signed with Verizon. There is no WIFI calling/advanced calling tabs on this phone. There is supposed to be. Has anyone else encountered this and what should I do, to get this fixed? I have already done a frustrating online chat with Verizon- they kept telling me to go to tabs on my phone that are not on this phone.
