Q: Is there an issue with volume when you are on a phone call? I have adjusted the volume all the way up while on a call and I still have trouble hearing.
A: The headset speaker on the Droid Turbo is not centered on the phone. In fact, it's actually above the front facing camera and to the right. When placing a phone call, please ensure that you're positioning the speaker over your ear correctly.
