I recently order an IPhone XS Max (Space Grey) 64GB on 1/19. It’s been two days and it’s been saying processing. I requested for one-day shipping and it still hasn’t arrived. I talked to 4 representatives and was not given a straight answer. I even went to my local Verizon store and still wasn’t given a straight answer. What the **bleep** is going on with my order!?!? Ordering something shouldn’t have to be this **bleep** hard. On top of experiencing poor customer service.
