Hello, a few months ago I purchased an aluminum Apple Watch series 4 with LTE which worked perfectly. However, I’ve recently decided to exchange it for a stainless steel Apple Watch series 4 instead. Ever since I’ve gotten the SS watch I’ve been unable to set up cellular. On my Verizon plan my old watch is still on the account, and not my new one? Whenever I try to set up cellular on my new watch I get hit with “Sorry, we can’t add this device at this time.” I understand the problem a little bet, but not to it’s fullest. Should I go into a Verizon store and ask for them to set up cellular?
