No 4G on Moto G7

Hi,
I have a moto G7, but can only access 3G current (LTE). I'm also seemingly throttled at 1.8 Mbps, despite 3G being able to handle higher speeds.
I'm up to date, have factory reset, and ensured I'm on the Global setting for network.
Any idea what I can do?
