I can't add funds on the app, it was telling me the zip code was wrong when I entered card info, changed my zip code tried again and now it just doesn't do anything when I press confirm, I can't refill it by calling either because apparently I've exceeded something, I've repeatedly tried to call customer support and it will not let me talk to a rep because oh just use the app just use the automated tech support garbage well I f***ing can't okay? It doesn't help it doesn't answer my questions I just want to talk to a human being before I shoot myself from trying to deal with this garbage.
