Who I have the same questioned this topic

A couple months ago, my device stopped downloading and installing apps from Google Play. The Samsung app store seems to work fine. I have tried all the troubleshooting steps online from various communities (Google and Samsung). The only temporary resolution is to force stop Google Play, Download Manager; clear cache and restart my device. But within a day it starts all over again. I eventually had to factory reset my phone - but the issue remains. Need help.
