I just purchased a Note 10 and downloaded the Verizon Tone app. Clicked on the ringtone I wanted to purchase, confirmed yes to purchase and I get an error code 20110 that the purchase could not be completed. I've tried this with several different ringtones and cannot purchase any. Any ideas? Who should I contact?
