On or just before 8/7/2019 the feature of "Recipients Reply To: Just Me" stopped working. If sending a TXT message to more than one recipient, the TXT is ALWAYS sent as a group message. Recipients will see all numbers you sent the message to and if they reply it goes to ALL of them, NOT "Just Me".
It worked just fine before but something MUST have changed on the Verizon side to break it.
We have tried the App in Windows AND the Website. Both have the same result. We have also tried different verizon accounts and the same thing happens.
This is a very important feature. How do we fix it?
