My iphone 7 updated from ios 12.4.1 to 13.1.2. Now I cannot make or receive calls on any cellular network. My wi-fi calling works, but if I turn off wi-fi I have a line of dots then NO SERVICE. I followed the entire phone troubleshooting guide from end to end including a complete wipe and reload of my phone. Please help!
