Who I have the same questioned this topic

Hi all... I badly need to recover a set of text messages (a "conversation" or whatever) that I deleted maybe a month ago. I have tried to do it in my settings on the phone (in Message+) and it says I can restore messages for ninety days (using wifi/online capabilities), but I click on it and nothing happens.

I also go online, on my laptop, to my Verizon account and somehow only can see roughly half of my deleted conversations/messages. NOT the conversation I need.

By the way, I have a Samsung Galaxy J3 3rd Generation. 

Please help!!
