Not receiving group text messages from T-Mobile customers

Switched from T-Mobile to Verizon a month ago. Can receive individual texts from people. But if there's a group chat and one is on T-Mobile network I will not receive their text but they can see mine. I've called in to Verizon and their tech support has dismissed the case even thought the problem ensues. I'm using the stock iMessage app
