Who I have the same questioned this topic

So an important thread was deleted from my Message + app. Usually, I would use that app to recover old messages from colleagues, however, since the original thread was deleted from the Message + app, I can’t recover the thread and I didn’t back up any of the files nor do I have an SD card? Any help recovering that thread would be greatly appreciated.
