I have followed all of the steps Verizon provides to start my Disney+ subscription. However, when I go to the Disney+ app to sign in, it tells me my credit card information is needed to complete my subscription. When I go to my account info, it tells me that I am have Verizon subscription. I do not need to know How to start the process of signing up for Disney+, I just need to know what I need to do to get through this issue.If I need to talk to Disney+ about it, that is fine, I just need someone to tell me if this is a Verizon issue or a Disney+ issue. I am very frustrated with customer service on both ends, as both are having weight times in excess of one hour.
